That’s why there such a thing called condoms for safe sex the bath house in Flushing Queens is opened . I WAS TWICE A MONTH CUSTOMER SOMETIMES MORE AT THE Mt. Morris Baths.
I LEFT TO EUROPE TO STUDY IN SPAIN. THEY HAVE 8 SAUNAS JUST IN MADRID AND MANY DARK ROOMS.
IN ZARAGOZA WHERE I LIVED FOR MY TIME THERE THEY HAD TWO SAUNAS FOUR PLACES WITH DARK ROOM SOME MEET UP MIX SEX ENCOUNTER PLACES.
SPAIN IS ONE OF THE PLACES WITH NO OR VERY LITTLE RAPE RATE.
TWO SAY MORE IN LIMA PERU THEY HAVE MORE SAUNAS THAN IN NEW YORK. THIS USED TO BE THE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD IT IS TIME TO ASK OURSELVES ARE WE REALLY?
IT IS DEPRESSING HOW THE GAY BARS ARE ALWAYS IN CHECK AND THE MEET UP PLACES ARE ALWAYS CLOSING DOWN.
YOU CAN NOT REALLY CRUISE IN CENTRAL PARK NOT THAT I LIKE CENTRAL PARK BUT IN ANY CASE AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN TO THE CRUISING AREA THERE ARE THE POLICE OFFICER DOING THEIR ROUNDS AND GETTING INTO PEOPLE BUSINESS.
WHAT WILL BECOMES OF US THE CAPITAL OF THE CITY WHERE MOST OF THE IMPORTANT PEOPLE ARE GAY OR BI TO SAY THE LIST OR CURIOUS ASK GIULIANI. AND WHEN MY FRIEND SAYS THEY WANNA COME TO NEW YORK THAT IF I HAVE PLACES TO TAKE THEM I HAVE TO TELL THEM YES COME AND THEN WE GO TO MIAMI AND IN MIAMI WE GOING TO HAVE FUN BECAUSE IN NEW YORK THE FUN PLACES ARE CLOSE. WALL STREET SAUNA, AND THE BATH HOUSE. NOW I GUESS THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO BE MORE SERIOUS IN HEIR RELATIONSHIP OR IF WE ARE SINGLES WE WILL HAVE TO JERK OFF.
I JUST HAVE TO SAY THAT IT WAS SO EASY TO WALK IN IN THE BATH HOUSE AND WITH OR WITHOUT THE HOMELESS THERE I ALWAYS HAD SO MUCH SAFE FUN I BROUGHT MY FLIP FLAP PUT ON MY TOWEL PLAY ALL NIGHT. MORE OVER IN THE WALL STREET SAUNA IN LAUNCH TIME YOU WENT AND YOU DID IT WITH ALL THE WALL STREET PEOPLE AND THE LAWYERS THEY WENT THERE FOR AN HOUR TO HAVE FUN AND TO REA LEASE THEIR STRESS WHERE ARE THOSE GUYS GOING NOW MR. BLOOMBERG WHERE ARE THOSE GUYS WHO LIKES THE BLACK BROTHERS GOES NOW MR. BLOOMBERG WHERE WILL WE GO?

The City of New York did a serious disservice to the Black Community and the Gay Community with the closing of Mt. Morris Baths. Where did they expect black, gay men to go when the need for male companionship became urgent? It certainly was a goldmine for the owners who made a fortune on black and white male customers. It was also my understanding that there was also a program established to allow the homeless to earn their GED diplomas. I had the occasion to visit Mt. Morris several times from 1981 until they closed. Not only did I find some greatly needed companionship, I found a couple of friends that have proven to be TRUE friends over and beyond our involvement at Mt. Morris. There is not another like it in the entire city. It’s demise is greatly lamented!!!

Are you sure it hasn’t reopened? We have a friend who lives in that building. We went to his place and saw that the gate was unlocked. When we left, it had been locked up leading me to believe that there’s something going on down there.
